Ingredient List

  • Small check mark in a circle icon 2 tablespoons skimmed milk
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 100 g Greek-style natural yogurt
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 100 g full-fat soft cheese, at room temperature
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 large ripe banana, peeled and chopped
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 150 g raspberries
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 150 g strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 2 Nature Valley™ Crunchy Oats & Dark Chocolate Snack Bars, roughly crushed

Preparation

  1. Place the milk, yogurt, soft cheese, banana and 100g each of the raspberries and strawberries in a food processor or blender.
  2. Blend on high speed for 10-20 seconds, then scrape down the sides of the blender cup with a spatula and blend for a further 20 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Divide the smoothie mixture between 2 serving bowls. Arrange the crushed granola bars and remaining raspberries and sliced strawberries on top and serve immediately.

Tips

  • Cooking Vegetarian? Always read labels to make sure each recipe ingredient is vegetarian.Products and ingredient sources can change.
  • Change the berries to diced mango, pineapple and kiwi fruit for a tropical version.
  • Instead of soft cheese you could use ricotta and add a spoonful of honey to sweeten.
